CANCELLATION POLICY

At our tour group, we require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. Please read and understand the following policy before making a booking:

Non-Refundable Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required when booking to secure your spot on tour.

Cancellation by the Customer: If you need to cancel your booking, the non-refundable deposit will not be refunded. The following cancellation policy will apply for the remaining balance:

No Verbal cancellations will be accepted.

Only written cancellations will be accepted.
-
Ensure that you receive an acknowledgement of your cancellation.

Workshops in SA reserve the right to charge:
-
$300 cancellation fee if cancelled 30 days after the payment was made.

30% cancellation fee on the total booking if cancelled 180 days before arrival
-
50% cancellation fee on the total booking if cancelled 160 days before arrival
-
100% cancellation fee on the total booking if cancelled 90 days or less before arrival

Food & Drink
All food and drinks are included as mentioned in the itinerary.
Travel Insurance

When attending the workshop, you must have comprehensive travel insurance, including trip cancellation and liability coverage.

Travel insurance costs depend on your trip cost and the age of the travellers—recommendations for cover.
Release of Liability and Responsibility:

Workshops in SA shall not be held responsible for any damage to or loss of any property, whether belonging to the client or any of the guests, nor shall Workshops in SA be responsible for any personal injury which any guests may sustain, whether such damage or personal injury be caused by, or arise from the negligence of any one of the Reserves or Lodges or its employees or otherwise.

The client hereby indemnifies Workshops in SA and all its agents of the client regarding such personal injury, loss or damage.

At our tour group, we value safety, respect, and responsible behaviour. We expect all members of the group to adhere to the following policy:

Safety First: We take safety very seriously. All group members must follow the safety guidelines provided by the tour guide. Failure to follow safety guidelines will result in immediate dismissal from the tour group.

Respect for Others: We expect all tour group members to treat each other with respect and kindness. Any form of discrimination or harassment based on race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, or any other personal characteristic will not be tolerated.

Responsible Behaviour: We ask all tour group members to act responsibly and considerately. This includes avoiding any behaviour that may harm the environment or local communities. Littering, vandalism, or any other disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.

Follow Tour Guide’s Instructions: The tour guide leads the group safely and efficiently. All tour group members are required to follow the instructions provided by the tour guide.

Punctuality: We expect all tour group members to arrive on time for scheduled activities. Latecomers may delay the group and will not be tolerated.

No Alcohol or Drugs: The consumption of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited during any tour activities. Any member of the tour group found under the influence of alcohol, or drugs will be immediately dismissed from the tour group.

Failure to comply with the above policies may result in immediate dismissal from the tour group without a refund.
